What Job Seekers Want

thought-leadership

Job seekers tell us that employment ads are not only boring; these ads seem to waste too much time deep diving into detail of the job itself.  They realize that eventually they need to read a detailed job description that lists duties and responsibilities, but for them, that is the second step in their research.  For the Gen Y’s in particular, the first step is to find employment opportunities that meet expectations in terms of company brand, culture, thought leadership, and overall employment reputation first and foremost. So, sell them on that!!! Forget the job description. Inquiring minds want to know:  What adjectives would job seekers use to describe the type of company that they would salivate to work for?
