Well established, Medium Sized Custom Cabinet Company is in search of a Customer Care Manager. Location is confidential
All Candidates must have the following to be considered:
* Experience with cabinetry – perhaps in the area of design, training, product development or manufacturing
* “From scratch skills” – who can build a team.
* Experience managing a team of 15 people that includes Order Entry and answering pertinent questions from the customers in an efficient manner.
* An advocate to the dealer/customer
* Can create a “yes we can” attitude.
* Be the “problem solver” with service and quality second to none.
* Last but not least – process and profit driven
