They realize that eventually they need to read a detailed job description that lists duties and responsibilities, but for them, that is the second step in their research. For the Gen Y’s in particular, the first step is to find employment opportunities that meet expectations in terms of company brand, culture, thought leadership, and overall employment reputation first and foremost.
