Search Services:
     Client pays ONLY for successful results of a search
     Keercutter & Associates will provide a minimun of 3 bulls-eyes
     Fee is based on a percentage of the candidates first years Base Salary
     90 Day Warranty - with replacement. Non- refundable

Package Benefits :
     30 question reference checking questionnaire
     Interviewing details using behavior based questions
     Updated Resume
     Behavior Based Reference Checking Questionnaire
     Validation of degree (if degree is required)
     Discussion of Compensation Range with Candidate
     Relocation is addressed PRIOR to presentation of candidate (if relocation is required)

NOTE: Other testing packages available at an additional fee (assessments and background checks)

Warranty:
     If not satisfied we will replace within 90 days of hire date

Standard Payment Schedule:
     Due 10 days from employee start date
