Keercutter & Associates’ core business is to provide people solutions to fit each client’s unique requirements.

Total breakdown of the detail of these searches will be provided in writing by our office.

 

Retained Search

     Total exclusivity through entire process. Client will refer other recruiters to Keercutter & Associates         for possible candidate consideration. Client pays as we go. 1/3, 1/3,1/3.

     Keercutter & Associates will provide a minimum of 3 candidates for consideration.

     Fee is based on a fixed % of the candidates first years’ BASE SALARY ONLY.

     Service Package Benefits include:
         1. Interviewing details with updated resume
         2. 40 Question Reference Checking Questionnaire
         3. Validation of Degree (if degree is required)
         4. Independent Assessments (sales assessment OR personal analysis)
         5. Relocation Information about the local area they are considering
         6. Background check including: criminal history report, verification of SSN, motor vehicle history              report (if a requirement of the job) and prior employer tracking

     Warranty: if not satisfied, we will replace within 180 days of hire date

     Payment Schedule:
           1/3 paid prior to start of search
           1/3 paid when interview process begins
           1/3 paid 10 days after employee start date and take an additional 2% for on time payment
