Contingent Search:
Client pays ONLY for successful results of a placement.
Keercutter & Associates will provide a minimum of
3 candidates for consideration.
Fee is based on a % of the candidates first years’
BASE SALARY.
Service Package Benefits include:

40 Question Reference Checking Questionnaire
3.
Validation of degree (if degree required)
4.
Relocation Information about the area they are considering
Warranty: if not satisfied, we will replace within 90
days of hire date
Standard Payment Schedule: due 10 days from employee
start date and take an additional 1% for on
time payment
90 Day Payment Schedule: Add 3%. Divide total amount
due by 3. Pay on fixed dates spread over
90 days and take an additional .5% for on time
payment
NOTE: Other testing
package available at additional fee (assessments and
background checks)
